Who processes the data

The data controller is Nico Pirozzi. For any request about your data you can write tonicopirozzi@nicopirozzi.it.

The contact form

If you fill in the form on the Contact page, your name, email address, subject and, if you write one, your message arrive by email. They are used only to reply to you; the legal basis is your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). The message stays in the mailbox and is not passed on to anyone.

To protect the form against automated submissions, the server keeps an unreadable fingerprint of your IP address (not the address itself) for one hour, then deletes it.

Cookies and third-party services

This website uses no cookies of its own and no statistics or advertising tools. The videos are on YouTube: they are not loaded until you press “Play”. If you play one, the player comes from youtube-nocookie.com and Google receives your IP address, under its privacy policy. The links to Facebook and X lead to those websites, under their own rules.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to restrict its use, by writing to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
